These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FaithRhythm's website and SMS devotional subscription service. By subscribing to FaithRhythm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
By accessing our website at faithrhythm.com, subscribing to our SMS service, or completing our onboarding process, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
FaithRhythm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
FaithRhythm is a paid SMS subscription service that delivers daily Christian devotional content — including a Bible verse, reflection, and one practical action — to subscribers via text message. The service is offered in two tiers:
FaithRhythm reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance service content and features. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes.
TCPA Disclosure: By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from FaithRhythm. Message frequency: 1 message per day (up to 35/month for Guided Formation with additional content). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-in: You must explicitly subscribe through our checkout process to receive messages. FaithRhythm does not send unsolicited messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any FaithRhythm message at any time to immediately cancel all SMS communications from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages. You may also opt out by emailing support@faithrhythm.com.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular, and most major US carriers. Coverage not guaranteed on all carriers.
No sharing: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
FaithRhythm subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis:
All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize FaithRhythm to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. FaithRhythm does not store your payment card information.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for monthly plans. For annual plans, cancellation takes effect immediately.
Annual plan prorated refunds: Annual subscribers who cancel may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months at our discretion. Contact support to discuss your situation.
No refunds for partial months: Monthly subscriptions are not prorated for partial months.
You agree to use FaithRhythm only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
All content delivered through FaithRhythm, including but not limited to message text, reflections, and website content, is the intellectual property of FaithRhythm or its licensors. Bible scripture quotations are used under fair use provisions and are the property of their respective copyright holders.
You may share individual message content for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as sharing a verse with a friend) with attribution to FaithRhythm. Systematic copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
FaithRhythm provides devotional content for spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for professional pastoral counseling, mental health services, medical advice, or financial counsel.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered at the exact scheduled time (carrier delays may occasionally occur).
FaithRhythm is not affiliated with any particular denomination, church, or religious organization, though our founder is a member of Christ Fellowship en Español, McKinney, Texas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithRhythm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
In no event shall FaithRhythm's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
